The equipment integrated with JIG module and automatic (un-)loader, mainly used for formation and grading of automotive pouch cells. With closed loop regulation of hot pressing to improve the formation effect and reduce process time. After formation process, the cells are transferred to the grading JIG with high temperature uniformity of ±2℃, to improve the grading efficiency and qualification rate.

With the switching mode power supply（SMPS) design, this equipment reduces energy consumption while improving the charging and discharging efficiency.

The integrated formation&grading machine is mainly used for the high-temperature pressing formation and grading process of li-ion cell.
